Here’s a stirring fact: Gallup says 3 out of 4 US employees experience burnout, and those who do are 2.6x more likely to want to quit. Whether you’re balancing school, sports, or planning your future, it’s important to protect your mental health.
In my talks, I share easy ways to improve mental well-being while boosting problem-solving skills. One of my favorite tips? Take Small Pauses or quick breaks to avoid stress and refocus your energy.
