In this week's clip, my event coordinator, Semhal Kebede asked me to share a personal leadership story where resilience played a key role.


I’ve led teams through impossible deadlines, shifting expectations, and in today’s case, a last-minute, complete structural overhaul.


What made the difference? It wasn’t top-down control. It was trust, shared knowledge, and building a team that worked as partners from the start, not subordinates.
